Message from Mr. MA Junsheng, Director General of

  China 2009 World Stamp Exhibition, approved by the Chinese government and in agreement with the Federation of International Philately (FIP), will be held in April of 2009 in Luoyang, Henan province. This is a general world stamp exhibition, a big event for the Chinese postal sector and philately community. I would like to invite postal administrations and FIP members to participate in this world philatelic event. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and development of modernization drive, we have made great achievements in the postal sector. Philatelic activities have been conducted across the country to meet the rising demands of the public, disseminate philatelic culture and promote robust development of China's philately. I am convinced that China 2009 World Stamp Exhibition will enhance international philatelic exchanges as well as friendly exchanges and cooperation between our administration and the postal administrations and postal organizations of all countries and regions.
